E-Man Venture Labs is one of the UK's leading idea's labs.  We are currently looking to hire an exceptional growth specialist to join the team at E-Man. Your role will be multi-faceted and you shall need to be a creative, dynamic, pro-active, individual; who possesses the hustle to seize marketing opportunities for E-Man Venture Labs and the portfolio of companies whom E-Man have invested in.

You must think out of the box, be supremely creative but possess outstanding organisational skills.  You must be passionate about new ideas, the entrepreneurial ecosystem and preferably have experience in this area bringing a wealth of connections and contacts and best practices with you.

We offer an above-average remuneration package including 20 days holiday plus national holidays and equipment.


Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include:

- Liaise with Founders and CMO's of our migrated alumni to keep abreast of all news, hires and announcements to cover across our native channels.

- Plan the beta, customer development and content launch strategies for our 3 new start idea that we launch each year out of E-Man.

- Content planning, creation of narrative and ability to talk to a variety of different audiences on a day-to-day basis.

Practical experience on multiple social media platforms.

Paid ads experience

Excellent written skills

Excellent communication skills

Organisation skills

Bootstrapped growth hacking mentality

PR and press contacts

Design experience
